The Take One Picture Project

We are working in partnership with our local schools network on the National Gallery 'Take One Picture' project. We have studied the painting 'Two boys and a girl making music' 1629 by Jan Molenaer. We have wondered about why the children look as they do; why they are making music; how they lived and what sort of world they would have known.
